Lendi Erboristi S.A., located in Curio, Southern Switzerland, is one the first solely organic oriented companies in this country importing, processing and distributing herbs, spices, teas, honeys, spice and herb pastas, spice oils, amongst others. The finished brand products and private label products are distributed to specialized health food stores and organic supermarkets in Switzerland and the European Community. On the other hand we supply raw materials and custom tailored herb and spice blends to other packers and the food industry throughout Europe and the U.S.. The company is certified organic since 1991 by Bio Inspecta, Switzerland, and meets the standards of Bio Suisse, Switzerland, and NOP for the U.S. market. Lendi Erboristi S.A. also represents exclusively Finca Doña Rosalba in Guatemala which is the biggest organic certified cardamom farm in Central America. The centralized on-farm processing allows first class qualities, such as bold green and decorticated seed amongst other classifications. |
