Descripción : The Celtic Bakers moved to London in 1993 having spent the first 9 years of its life in Cardiff. From the outset we were committed to Organic food and by 1993 the range ran to about 20 products - which are still our core breads - English Stoneground Wholemeal, Farmhouse White, Sour Rye 100%, soda breads and home style cakes to name but a few. Since then the range has grown to over 100 varieties of breads, savouries and cakes all of which meet Organic Soil Association (and where possible Demeter) standards.
