The Moringa plant provides a rich and rare combination of zeatin, quercetin, beta-sitosterol, caffeoylquinic acid and kaempferol. Moringa oleifera's naturally occurring nutrients, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds offer unique anti-aging and energy-enhancing qualities. We only harvest leaves and remove all stems and most of the petioles from the product. As a result of this, the final product has higher nutritional content since the leaves contain more nutrients than the stems or petioles. The main difference and quick explanation between Regular (lower quality) and Premium (higher quality) organic Moringa is that even though both are 100% Moringa, Premium contains >99% leaves (just the leaves, no stems) and Regular around >65%.
